Shipping:
Orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! If something unexpected happens with our timeline, we will contact you ASAP. 

All delivery times are estimates. Please contact us at info@magazine.com if you need your order faster. We will find a suitable shipment option for you.

Please note that we will not be able to help locate your order or reimburse you for lost or damaged shipment should you choose a shipping option without tracking.

Cancellation / Returns:
Notify us ASAP at info@jksmagazine.com if you wish to cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled prior to fulfilment & shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow the instructions for returns. 

To return or exchange any items from your order, notify us within 14 days of your received delivery at info@jksmagazine.com Returned items must be in original condition, able to be re-sold. We will provide instructions for exchanges via email.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not make back to us.

As soon as we receive & inspect the returned items, we will refund the price of your order, including shipping, via the original method of payment.

We do not mark items as “gifts” or declare a value lower than the price paid by the buyer.  Other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. JK's Magazine is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Once packages leave Finland, they are the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide customs numbers and package information upon request.
