ANONYMOUS DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, no personal data will be collected, processed or used when using our website. However, we learn certain technical information about the use of the web access log and from Google Analytics on the basis of the data transmitted by your browser (e.g. browser type/version, operating system used, websites visited on our site incl. duration of visit, previously visited website). We only evaluate this information for statistical purposes. It is periodically deleted.

When you make a purchase we need certain information from you to fulfill our contract with you: your name, address, email address and phone number. 

How can I update or delete my details? 

If you would like your data to be deleted, please email info@jksmagazine.com. We will then delete your data that we have access to.

SQUARESPACE:
Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Squarespace transfers your data to Stripe who stores your payment data. For more insight, you may also want to read Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Statement here.

NEWSLETTER:
We send a monthly newsletter to subscribers via Email Campaigns by Squarespace. We have access to the details you provide when you subscribe: your name and email address.

You can update your details or unsubscribe at any time by following the link to update your profile in the footer of each newsletter.

Cookies can improve visitors’ and website owners' browsing experience because they help websites remember preferences and understand how people use different features.
